A. Unless the amount assessed has been paid within ten days of city council action confirming the same, the chief code enforcement officer shall cause to be filed in the office of the recorder of the county of Kern a notice of lien.

B. From and after the date of the recording of the notice of lien in the office of the recorder of the county of Kern, as in this section provided, all persons shall be deemed to have full notice thereof. (Ord. 5117 § 1, 2022)
