9.13.020 Acts prohibited.

A. It is unlawful for any person to use any unregulated chemical within the city of Bakersfield.
B. It is unlawful for any person to possess any unregulated chemical within the city of Bakersfield.
C. It is unlawful for any person to provide, distribute, or sell any unregulated chemical within the city of Bakersfield.
D. It is unlawful for any person to possess, with the intent to sell, any unregulated chemical within the city of Bakersfield. (Ord. 4823 § 2, 2015)
