Industrial activities required to obtain NPDES permits regulating the discharge of stormwater and surface water to the city’s storm drainage facilities shall notify the public works director that they are subject to such permit. NPDES permit holders shall notify the director immediately by telephone upon discovery of any discharge in violation of their permit. (Ord. 3527 § 1, 1993)
