“Director of animal control” means the director or supervisor of the organization, or designee, which has the responsibility of enforcing the provisions of this chapter.

“Unaltered animal certification” means a written authorization, issued annually by the director of animal control, giving permission to maintain an unaltered dog. Fees for the certification shall be established by resolution of the city council. (Ord. 5148 § 1, 2023)
