Any person who violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to the penalties set forth in Chapter 1.40 of this code. Each day that such violation exists shall constitute a separate and distinct offense.

A violation of any provision of this chapter or the rules or regulations promulgated thereunder shall constitute grounds for revocation or suspension of a license. (Ord. 5147 § 1, 2023)
