A. Each person shall, no less than ten days prior to commencing any residential solicitation on behalf of any business, register with the city manager or designee.

B. Each registrant shall provide his name, address, driver’s license number, if applicable, social security number, the name and address of each business on behalf of which the residential solicitation will be conducted, the business license number of each such business, and the specific dates during which the residential solicitation will be conducted, not to exceed ninety days.

C. Each business for which a registrant will conduct a residential solicitation must have and maintain a valid business license from the city.

D. Each registrant shall pay a fee not to exceed the cost of registration as set forth in Section 3.70.040. (Ord. 3451 § 1, 1992)
