In case property is sold to the city pursuant to Section 3.28.365, and is subsequently assessed pursuant to Section 3.28.480, no person shall be permitted to redeem from such sale, except upon payment of the amount of such subsequent assessment, costs, fees, penalties and interest as provided for in Section 3.28.500.
