All buildings shall have a permanently posted address readily legible from the public way. Otherwise, the address must be placed at each driveway entrance and be visible from both directions of travel. Address signs along one way streets shall also be visible from both directions of travel. Where multiple addresses are required at a single driveway, they shall be mounted on a post, and additional signs shall be posted at locations where driveways divide. Where a roadway provides access solely to a single commercial or industrial business, the address shall be placed at the nearest road intersection providing access to the site. (Ord. 4391 § 1 (Exh.
