17.08.120 Yard requirements when portion of other use is used as dwelling.

Where a portion of a building used for dwelling purposes is located above another portion of a building having another type of use in zones other than R-1, R-2, R-3 or R-4 zones, the rear and side yards for the floors occupied for dwelling purposes shall comply with the provisions of the R-4 zone.
