A. Within fifteen days after any action of the city council designating a cultural resource or a historic district, notice of such designation shall be recorded with the county recorder on each specific property.

B. No notice of designation for an area of historic interest shall be recorded with the county recorder. (Ord. 4460 § 1, 2007)
