Notwithstanding the provisions of Sections 15.44.050 and 15.44.100, any person, firm or corporation may move a building prior to completion as required in said sections upon filing with the chief building inspector a cash deposit or a faithful performance bond in an amount to be determined by the chief building inspector, guaranteeing full compliance with this chapter within thirty days from the date of issuance of the permit as required in this chapter for exterior work and within six months from date of issuance of this permit as required in this chapter for interior work, or any extension thereof granted by the chief building inspector.
