A. All new structures within the city which are connected to a water service connection after the effective date of this chapter shall, prior to such connection, be equipped with a water meter.

B. The provider of water service for any area of the city may reimburse the owner of any building for installation of a water meter as required by this chapter. (Ord. 3346 § 1, 1991)
