Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, that certain electrical code known and designated as the California Electrical Code, 2022 Edition, is adopted as modified pursuant to this chapter. A copy of such code is on file with the building department of the city for use and examination by the public, is adopted as the electrical code of the city, and each provision and portion thereof, except as otherwise in this chapter provided, is referred to and made a part of this chapter to the same effect as if fully set forth in this chapter.
