15.04.090 Recording of building department transactions—Disposition of fees.

A. The building director shall cause to be made and filed a permanent record of each transaction of the building department required by this buildings and construction code.
B. Permit fees shall be paid to the finance director for deposit in the development services fund. (Ord. 4087 § 2, 2002)
