City sewer service shall not be extended outside the incorporated area of the city after the effective date of the ordinance codified in this chapter excepting intergovernmental sewer service contracts approved by the city council. Intergovernmental sewer service contracts shall comply with state law. (Ord. 4084 § 2, 2002)
