A. No person shall drive a vehicle onto or from any limited access highway or freeway except at such entrances and exits as are established by public authority.

B. No person shall drive or operate any bicycle or other non-motorized traffic, motor-driven cycle, motorized bicycle, or motorized scooter upon any limited access highway or freeway.

C. No person shall walk across or along any limited access highway or freeway except in space set aside for the use of pedestrians; provided, however, that the driver or passengers of a disabled vehicle stopped on a limited access highway or freeway may walk to the nearest exit, in either direction, on that side of the limited access highway or freeway upon which the vehicle is disabled, from which telephone or motor vehicle repair services are available.

D. The provisions of subsections B and C shall be effective when appropriate signs giving notice thereof are erected upon any limited access highway or freeway and the approaches thereto. (Ord. 4746 § 1, 2013)
