10.56.040 Areas prohibited to driving.

It is unlawful to operate or drive any motor vehicle in the city:
A. On or over any sidewalk, curb, barricade or authorized structure in any highway, street, alley or public place;
B. Across private property or driveways to evade traffic regulations or the use of established public ways. (Ord. 2607 § 1, 1980; prior code § 11.04.290)
