A. There is established, pursuant to this division, an official city “List of Speed Zones.”

B. The traffic authority shall cause the prima facie limits, adopted pursuant to this chapter, to be placed on the list of speed zones.

C. The traffic authority shall keep a record of all resolutions hereafter adopted designating the prima facie limits of the speed zones and shall cause notation of such records and such streets or portions thereof to be placed on said list in his or her office.

D. Whenever any such speed zone is hereafter amended, deleted or changed, the traffic authority shall cause such fact to be recorded upon the list.

E. Said list of speed zones shall be prima facie evidence of the existence and legality of the speed zones on streets or portions thereof and the legality of the placing of the appropriate signing as provided in this chapter.

F. Said list as amended, shall be deemed to be incorporated in this chapter. (Prior code § 11.04.033(d))
