A. Section 1094.6 of the Code of Civil Procedure of the state relating to time for filing writs of mandate, shall be and is applicable in the city.

B. The provisions of such section shall prevail over any conflicting provision in any otherwise applicable law relating to the subject matter. (Prior code § 1.98.010)
