No person shall intentionally deface, destroy, alter, obliterate or permit any person as his agent or otherwise to intentionally deface, destroy, alter or obliterate any distinguishing or identifying mark, number or name placed on a hubcap or on any portion thereof. (Prior code § 10.30.020)
