9.23.070 Penalty and amount of service fee.

In addition to the penalties provided for in Chapter 1.40 of this code or Section 9.23.110 of this code when appropriate, the city may assess the service fee specified in Section 9.23.060 pursuant to Chapter 3.70 of this code if the city has satisfied all the conditions stated in Section 9.23.060.
