It is unlawful for any person to deal, play, carry on, open or cause to be opened, conduct or bet at or against any game not prohibited by the laws of the state, with cards, dice or any device, for money, checks, credit, or other token of value, on any sidewalk, walkway, alley, street, public park or vacant lot in the city.
