Except as provided in Chapters 5.06 and 17.69 of this code, any person who, in places open to the public or places open to the public view, or, who, in public view, engages in “adult live entertainment” or “specified sexual activities,” as both are defined in Chapters 5.06 and 17.69 of this code, and/or exposes to public view “specific anatomical areas,” as defined in Chapters 5.06 and 17.69 of this code, is guilty of a misdemeanor.
