A. The city engineer shall charge for services that are rendered by personnel that are necessary for the enforcement of the provisions of this chapter.

B. The city engineer shall charge actual costs for testing, sampling, and analyzing necessary to ensure compliance with the provisions of this chapter.

C. Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.

D. In addition, any violation of this chapter may be deemed by the city to be a public nuisance, and may be abated, or enjoined by the city, irrespective of any other remedy herein provided. (Ord. 4113 § 1, 2003)
