All persons who apply “Class A/Exceptional Quality Biosolids” in the city shall submit a written report of their activity to the city engineer on a monthly basis or as otherwise required by the city engineer. The report shall include a summary of the quantity in wet tons of “Class B Biosolids” hauled from each source per day and total quantities in both wet and dry tons of “Class A/Exceptional Quality Biosolids” applied per month, and any additional information as required by the city engineer.
