A. Except upon city owned or operated farmland, it shall be unlawful for any person to land apply biosolids, except for “Class A/Exceptional Quality Biosolids” as defined in this chapter to property within the city limits.

B. The discharge of biosolids to surface waters or surface water drainage courses, including wetlands and water ways, is prohibited. (Ord. 4113 § 1, 2003)
