Except as to the provisions thereof which address zoning approval, that certain ordinance designated as Ordinance No. G-5006 of the Board of Supervisors of the County of Kern and all subsequent amendments or revisions thereto is adopted by reference and shall be applicable to the regulation of wells and water systems in the city.
