For the implementation of Article 1 of Chapter 6.95 (commencing with Section 25500) of the California Health and Safety Code, as part of the unified program, the following materials shall be reported as part of the hazardous materials inventories:
A. Explosives in any quantity.
B. Hazardous waste in any quantity. (Ord. 3814 § 2, 1998)
