Any person, firm or corporation, or any partner, officer, agent or employee thereof, violating any of the provisions of this chapter or of the “Code of Standards for Electrical Materials, Devices and Appliances in the City of Bakersfield” adopted, or of any rule or regulation adopted pursuant to this chapter, shall be punished as set forth in general penalty provision Section 1.40.010.
