8.44.090 Administrative fines.
This section is included in your selections.
A. The fines for violation of this chapter shall be as follows:
1. Each violation of this chapter shall be subject to a one thousand dollar fine.
B. Any administrative citation fine, or portion thereof, paid pursuant to subsection A shall be refunded if it is determined, after a hearing, that the person charged in the administrative citation was not responsible for the violation or that there was no violation as charged in the administrative citation.
