A. It is unlawful for any person to operate any motorpowered watercraft on, over or under the surface of the water in a groundwater recharge basin posted as specified in this chapter.

B. This section shall not apply to public employees operating within the course and scope of their employment. (Ord. 3024 § 1, 1986)
