8.36.030 Violation of Section 8.36.020—Penalty.
This section is included in your selections.

Any person who violates any of the provisions of this chapter, shall be guilty of an infraction and upon conviction thereof shall be punishable by:

A. A fine not exceeding fifty dollars for a first violation;

B. A fine not exceeding one hundred dollars for a second violation of the same section of the same chapter within one year;

C. A fine not exceeding two hundred fifty dollars for each additional violation of the same section of the same chapter within one year. (Prior code § 10.60.030)
