All industrial activities shall comply with the strictest of any applicable federal or state standards or regulations covering the discharge of stormwater or surface water, including but not limited to those adopted pursuant to the Clean Water Act, PL 95-217, as amended, and the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES).
