It is unlawful for any person or persons to remove recyclable materials from any containers identified as being provided for a city approved recycling program. This provision does not preclude a property owner from separating and hauling recyclable materials generated on the premises. (Ord. 5076 § 10, 2022; Ord. 3605 § 1, 1994)
