A. Maintain a valid business tax certificate from the city of Bakersfield;

B. Maintain a valid permit from the county of Kern through its public health services department;

C. Clean up all trash and litter generated within a minimum fifty-foot radius of the ice cream truck. (Ord. 4890 § 1, 2017)
