“Ice cream truck” includes any vehicle defined in the California Vehicle Code from which ice cream, ice milk, frozen dairy products, and/or flavored ice (herein collectively referred as frozen treats) are the only items offered for retail sales on city streets. (Ord. 4890 § 1, 2017)
