6.12.010 Locational restrictions—More than sixty birds prohibited—Facilities.

A. Except in an agricultural zone, a commercial zone, or industrial zone, as said zones are defined in the zoning ordinance (Title 17), it is unlawful for any person to keep or maintain more than sixty pigeons or doves, or a combination thereof, in the city.
B. All pigeons or doves must be kept and maintained in a pigeon house, dovecote or other structure or enclosure. (Prior code § 9.04.010)
