It is unlawful to allow animals, which are natural enemies, temperamentally unsuited, or otherwise incompatible, to be quartered together, or so near each other as to cause injury, fear or torment. (Ord. 5146 § 1, 2023; Ord. 3940 § 1, 1999; prior code § 9.08.260)
