5.62.040 Enforcement, violation and penalties.

A. Primary enforcement of the provisions of this chapter shall be with the health officer.
B. Anyone subject to the provisions of Section 5.62.020 who fails to post the required warning is guilty of an infraction. (Ord. 3158 § 1, 1988)
