5.44.020 Permit required.

A. It is unlawful for any person to conduct any public dance in the city, in violation of this chapter, or without having a valid permit therefor in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.
B. It is unlawful for any person to operate a public dancehall in the city in violation of this chapter or without having a valid permit therefor in accordance with the provisions of this chapter. (Ord. 3831 § 1, 1998)
