A. It is unlawful for any person over the age of eighteen years to conduct or participate in a residential solicitation for a nonprofit organization in violation of this chapter, or without having first registered with the city manager or designee.

B. It is unlawful for any person to conduct or participate in a residential solicitation on behalf of any business which is required to obtain a business license as set forth in Chapter 5.02, in violation of this chapter, or without having first obtained a valid business license and registered with the city manager or designee.
