Any permit issued pursuant to this chapter shall be revoked by the city manager or designee whenever he or she finds that material misrepresentations were made on the application. The revocation shall take effect, absent an appeal, ten days from the date the notice of revocation is deposited in the United States mail, addressed to the permittee, at the address provided on the application.
