3.28.040 Assessment of other taxable property—Platted and unplatted land.

A. All other taxable property must be assessed as provided by the Charter and ordinances of the city.
B. Land must be assessed where the same has not been laid out in plats filed in the office of the county recorder of the county, in parcels or subdivisions not exceeding six hundred and forty acres each, and lands which have been so platted must be assessed by descriptions according to such plats.
