A. The commission shall elect its chair among its appointed members for a term of one year and, subject to other provisions of law, may create and fill other offices as it may determine.

B. It shall adopt rules for transaction of business and shall keep a record of the resolutions, transactions, findings, and determinations, which record shall be a public record. (Ord. 4666 § 1, 2012; prior code § 1.40.040)
