There is created a board which shall be known as the city water board. Members of the water board shall be the members of the city council and shall be appointed by the vice-mayor subject to confirmation by the city council. (Ord. 3780 § 1, 1997; Ord. 2888 § 1, 1984; Ord. 2632 § 1, 1981)
