All charges due and payable to the airport by tenants thereon become due and payable on the first of the month and become delinquent on the last day of said month. Interest at the rate of one percent per month shall be added to any charge which is delinquent. Should the city resort to legal action to collect amounts due, the city shall be entitled to collect all reasonable costs and attorney’s fees. (Ord. 3820 § 1, 1998; Ord. 3051 § 1, 1986)
