Maintenance performed in open areas such as aircraft tie-down spaces shall be conducted so as to not cause a hazard or injury to persons or property. Tools, parts, or materials shall not obstruct taxiways or otherwise interfere with airport operations. Tools and parts shall not be left unattended in open areas at any time. (Ord. 3051 § 1, 1986)
