All lessees occupying hangars shall use a lock provided by the city and at no time shall such locks be changed without consent from the airport operations manager. (I) Replacement of locks due to loss or destruction from negligence shall be at the tenant’s expense. (I) (Ord. 3051 § 1, 1986)
