A. Rotorcraft operations shall at all times be conducted in compliance with the federal, state, and local laws, regulations and this title. (I)

B. Except for bona fide emergencies, auto rotation anywhere in the air traffic area shall be strictly prohibited. (I)

C. All rotorcraft shall land and take off from designated areas only. Where no such designation exists, operators of rotorcraft shall use extreme caution in operating rotorcraft so as to not cause damage to hangars, buildings or other facilities, property, or persons due to propeller ground effect conditions.
