All aircraft support vehicles shall be equipped with brakes, including, but not limited to, loading ramps, baggage trucks and other such vehicles. Brakes shall be set when the vehicle is parked and not in use. Fuel trucks shall have chocks set in front and rear of tires when not in motion. (I) (Ord. 3051 § 1, 1986)
